    A live walkthrough shaped around what you just told us — property profiles, inspection reports, vendor work orders, homeowner updates.

  3. Min 12–15

    Straight answers

    Pricing, onboarding effort, and an honest read on whether we are a fit. If we are not, we will say so.

Before You Book

Is it really only 15 minutes?

Yes. We book the slot for exactly that long and we end on time. If you want to keep going at the end, we can — but that is your call, never ours.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Turn up as you are. It helps if you can describe your current process in a sentence or two, but that is the extent of the homework.

Will I get chased by a sales team afterwards?

No. One follow-up email with whatever we promised you on the call. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will close the file.

What if none of the times work?
