2. About This Site

This site is the marketing presence for Luxury Property Software. It describes the product, accepts demo bookings, and provides a way to contact our team. It is not the product itself, and access to the product is subject to a separate agreement provided to customers.

3. SMS Program Terms

Luxury Property Software sends text messages on behalf of the property management companies that use our platform, from that company's number.

• What we send: notifications about appointments, task updates, and other property service activity, plus replies when you text a property management company that uses our platform.
• Consent: we only send messages to numbers that have explicitly opted in. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency: varies based on your activity and preferences.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opting out: text STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
• Help: text HELP for assistance, or email info@luxurypropertysoftware.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: how we handle your number and message data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to submit forms, harvest information, or otherwise probe the site at scale without prior written permission.
• Submit information that is not yours to share or that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading.

5. Service Availability
