1. What we collect

When you submit the demo request form or the contact form, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, work email, company name, and any message you choose to include. We also receive technical metadata associated with the request, such as your IP address, user agent, and the timestamp of the submission, captured by Cloudflare as part of normal request handling.

We do not currently use marketing analytics that build cross-site profiles, and we do not place advertising cookies on this site. If analytics are introduced before launch, this section will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out.

2. How we use what we collect

The information you submit is used to:

• Schedule and conduct your requested demo or follow up on your inquiry.
• Send you internal notifications and calendar invitations for scheduled meetings.
• Maintain an internal record of the request so our team can follow up appropriately.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising on other sites.

3. How we store data

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a key–value store hosted by Cloudflare on our behalf. Operational notifications are delivered through our email provider. Access to stored submissions is limited to team members with a legitimate operational need.

4. Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site and respond to inquiries. The list below will be kept current as the stack evolves:

• Cloudflare — hosting, edge functions, and the KV store used for form submissions.
• Email delivery provider — transactional notifications.
• Calendar provider — demo scheduling.

If you would like to access, correct, or delete information you previously submitted — or ask any other question about this policy — email privacy@luxuryproperty.software. We aim to respond within a reasonable period.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Substantive changes that affect what we collect or how we use it will be called out at the top of this page when they take effect.
